We often acquire property or land for development. If you think you may have a suitable property and would like it to be evaluated please contact us and we will respond by email (or a visit if you prefer) and give you our opinion on the potential for development. (We will never pester you)
As a result of the above we either refurbish property or build new to high standards, at the moment we have a waiting list for our refurbished property, being very good value for money being sold with a 6 year insurance backed warranty.
Over many years, we have gained experience in planning matters. We work closely with planning consultants and architects, as knowledge of Local Authorities and Government Policy is invaluable in guiding us to the possibilities that are potentially achievable.
Our ethos is to use local experienced craftsmen and quality materials to upgrade and modernize existing property or build new characterful contemporary houses locally.
